Our purpose is to provide service to people dealing with any mental health concerns by reminding them they have the right to live and thrive in their own community as well.
We teach individuals the life skills they need to become more independent and stabilize in their community. We support individuals in discovering and achieving their goals, encouraging them to embrace their own diversity. Working as a team to enhance individuals with life skills, symptom management, medication compliance, social
interactions and independent living. Working hard to be a proactive force for our individuals by responding to today’s society and it associated stressors.
For children and adults with mental health/behavioral health, substance abuse, and physical health issues. With years of experience, our licensed therapist and psychologist team will create an assessment, physiological evaluation that's right for you. We understand the importance of educating you on the most effective ways to take care of your mind and body, so that you can heal quickly.
Prescribe, track effectiveness and monitor medications. Not only will our doctors treat your existing conditions, but we also work to prevent pain and illness from occurring. We strive to help you improve your quality of life, achieve your wellness goals, and heal your body to live your best life possible.
Providing you with one-on-one support by striving to accomplish self-identified goals and further support engagement in treatment. We will assist you with setting self-identifying recovery goals, developmental recovery action plans, and problem solving directly related to recovery, such as finding housing, developing natural support system, finding new uses of spare time, and improving job skills.
We have been providing quality community based mental health services to individuals and families with a collaborative focus since 2009. Inspiring positive and healthy futures for all through advocacy, resource linkage, and helpful supports.
